Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments
For international orders, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. MINX is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the payment of duties and taxes.
If an order is refused, rejected, or not accepted at delivery due to unpaid duties and taxes, or if the customer chooses not to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned to MINX. All return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from the customer’s refund. If these costs exceed the original shipping fee, the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend checking your country’s import duties and tax policies before placing your order.
ORDER TIMEFRAMES:
Orders placed on weekdays before 10AM New Zealand Standard Time Monday to Friday will begin processing straight away and can be guaranteed delivery between 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated, however those that fall after 10AM New Zealand Standard Time Monday - Friday will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed for the overnight delivery.
Orders placed on Friday after 2PM NZST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that estimated delivery time does not include Sundays or Public Holidays.
