RETURNS POLICY

At Minx, we’re passionate about crafting every product with exceptional care and top-quality materials. We hope your new purchase brings you joy and style! However, if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns:

Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and free from any signs of wear. We recommend trying your new shoes on carpet to prevent any wear marks. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for scratches or marks as all items are thoroughly checked before being sent out.

Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging. Please complete the returns form included with your purchase to help us process your return or exchange efficiently.

Time Frame: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns. If you purchased through one of our stockists, please handle all returns directly through them.

Exclusions: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Shipping Costs: Please note that returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Minx. We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. Alternatively you can bring your order into our Auckland store for a free return! 

Refund: For purchases made via Afterpay, Laybuy, or Paypal, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you’d like to make an exchange, it will be subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We’ll cover the delivery fee to send out your replacement item. However, for any additional exchanges, the standard shipping costs will apply.

Faulty Items:

In the event that your item presents a fault, please refer to our Warranty + Care page for comprehensive details on eligibility and conditions. If your item falls within its warranty period (6 months from date of purchase), contact us at info@minx.co.nz with your order number, a detailed description, and a photograph of the fault. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
