Condition
Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unused, and free from any signs of wear. We recommend trying shoes on carpet to avoid scuffing. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns with scratches or marks, as all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
Packaging
Returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your purchase to help us process your return or exchange efficiently.
Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required. If your item was purchased via a Minx stockist, please process your return directly through their store.
Refund Eligibility
Only full-priced items are eligible for a full refund.
Sale, sample, or discounted styles are not eligible for a refund, but may be accepted for store credit only, and solely at the discretion of Minx.
For purchases made via Afterpay, Laybuy, or PayPal, any third-party processing fees will be deducted from the total refund. All refunds are issued via your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense and responsibility until received by Minx. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. You’re also welcome to return your item in person to our Auckland store at no charge.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability, and we’ll always do our best to get you sorted. We’ll cover shipping for your first exchange. Any additional exchanges may incur standard courier fees.
