Where can I shop Minx?

Come visit our Auckland store in Onehunga! Or check our stockist map here to find your local retailer.

If you do not have a Minx store or stockist in your local area please remember that our online shop is open worldwide 7 days a week, 24hrs a day and NZ shipping is FREE on orders of $199 NZD or more! 

Minx is always looking for new places to expand the Minx brand so if you do not have a retail store in your area, keep an eye out, we could be there soon!

Will you re-stock my size?

If your size is currently unavailable, fear not! You can use the “Notify Me” feature on the product’s page, and this will notify you via email if the product comes back in stock!

We also list each stockist in the description of each product so you can give your local retailer a ring to grab the goods.

Please note that not all of our products will repeat the next season, so the “Notify Me” feature is also a great way for us to know what you want to see more of!

I have a product from a previous season I want to re-purchase

We're thrilled you adore your shoes! If you're unable to find your beloved style on our website, it's likely sold out as we don't frequently restock items into new seasons. We suggest searching for your style online to see if it's still available with a retailer.

What are your delivery times?

Click & Collect: Collection is usually available the same-day. See here for our store hours.

NZ Wide Shipping: 2-4 business days. Please allow 1–2 extra days for rural addresses.

Australia: 3 - 10 business days

Rest of the World: Delivery time frames vary per country. Please allow up to 15 business days for international delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

Click & Collect: FREE

NZ Wide Shipping: $8 NZD | FREE for order over $199 NZD 

Australia: $30 NZD

Rest of the World: $45 NZD

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do ship internationally for a flat rate of $45 NZD.

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Minx takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes! We offer click & collect from our Auckland store. Most items are generally available for same-day collection.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Returns

How do I return my product?

If your order meets our return eligibitity criteria (see here):

- Bring your order in to our Auckland store for a free return.

- Post your order to our Auckland store. Please note that returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Minx. We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return.

What if my product is faulty?

Oh no! In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item, please refer to our Warranty + Care page for comprehensive details on eligibility and conditions. If your item falls within its warranty period, reach out to us at info@minx.co.nz. Kindly provide your order number, accompanied by a detailed description and photograph of the fault. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
