RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love everything that you order from us! But if something isn't quite right…

 

Returns:

Items purchased at full-price may be returned within 21 days of purchase provided they meet the following conditions. We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our policy terms.

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, free from any signs of wear, with all swing tags and packaging intact. For further information, please visit www.minx.co.nz/pages/shoe-warranty.
  2. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.
  3. Please be aware that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  4. If you have made your purchase through one of our stockists, kindly handle all returns directly through them.
  5. Returns that do not meet the above criteria, lack a proof of purchase, or exceed the 21-day return period will be subject to our discretion for acceptance.

 

Please note that returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Minx. We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. Alternatively you can bring your order into our Auckland store for a free return!

 

Faulty Items:

Oh no! In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item, please refer to our Warranty + Care page for comprehensive details on eligibility and conditions. If your item falls within its warranty period, reach out to us at info@minx.co.nz. Kindly provide your order number, accompanied by a detailed description and photograph of the fault. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
